The Ghana Police Service has assured applicants in its 2025/2026 recruitment exercise that the process will continue in batches until 2028, urging those yet to be invited for validation to remain patient.

In a press release issued on August 1, the Police Service said the recruitment process is ongoing and successful applicants are being invited in batches to various centres for document validation.

According to the statement, the validation exercise is intended to verify applicants' academic certificates, examination results and other documents submitted during the initial stage of the recruitment process.

The Police Service said the first batch of successful applicants had already been invited and were undergoing the validation process.

It added that applicants who successfully completed the medical examination and had been declared medically fit but had not yet been invited for validation remained in the recruitment pool for consideration in subsequent batches.

The Police Service also urged applicants to disregard misinformation about the recruitment exercise and cautioned them against paying money to anyone under the guise of facilitating their recruitment.
