Scholarships fuel dreams: Prof. Grace Ayensu-Danquah empower students in Essikado-Ketan
The final batch of 51 continuing tertiary students from Takoradi Technical University are among 250 beneficiaries of the Obaatanpa Scholarship Initiative, supported by Hon. Prof. Grace Ayensu Danquah, Member of Parliament for Essikado-Ketan.
The students, alongside peers from the University of Mines and Technology, University of Education, Winneba, and University of Development Studies, University Cape Coast, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, University of Health And Allied Science, University of Mines and Technology, University of Ghana, Ghana Communicattions Technology University and Takoradi Technical University received cheques, marking a milestone in their academic journey.
The package is meant to assist the students with the payment of school fees and other academic expenses.
Hon. Ayensu-Danquah encouraged the beneficiaries to take their education seriously, so they can return in the future to reinvest their knowledge and skills into the development of the constituency.
This initiative reflects the MP's commitment to human capital development in Essikado Ketan, aligning with President Mahama's vision for education in Ghana," said Hon. Prof. Danquah.![]()
