Joseph Ofori elected Presiding Member of Tema Metropolitan Assembly
The Tema Metropolitan Assembly in the Greater Accra Region has elected Hon. Joseph Ofori, popularly known as Ayatolla, as the new Presiding Member of the Assembly.
His election marks a significant development in the leadership of the Assembly, which plays a central role in steering governance, development planning and local administration within the Tema metropolis.
Hon. Ofori is expected to preside over meetings of the Assembly, facilitate deliberations among members, and provide guidance in decision-making processes aimed at advancing the socio-economic development of Tema.
