World Vision Ghana has unveiled its new strategy, "Hope for Every Child", aiming to reach 2.8 million children over the next five years and address pressing issues such as malnutrition, child labor, and lack of access to education and healthcare.

Speaking at the launch, National Director Tina Mukunda emphasized the organization's commitment to integrated programming, partnerships, and community empowerment. "We want to ensure that every child has fullness of life," she said.

The strategy focuses on four pillars: impact, funding, operational excellence, and people, learning, and growth. It prioritizes areas such as health and nutrition, education, water and sanitation, economic empowerment, and child protection.

Joshua Baido, Strategy and Integrated Programme Director, highlighted the importance of addressing issues affecting children, citing statistics that 2.4 million children under five are stunted due to acute malnutrition and 768,000 children are in child labor.

"We are calling on all partners to join hands and work together to bring hope to every child," Baido said. "We want to harness all opportunities to address harmful practices and issues affecting the growth of our children."
