Staff welfare remains a top priority under my leadership -Basintale
The leadership of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) has continued its regional engagement in the Central Region, with Chief Executive Officer Malik Basintale meeting staff to assess performance and outline strategic priorities.
The visit, which included Deputy CEO (Finance and Administration) Prisca Sedinam Kekeshie and Deputy CEO (Operations) Abubakari Saana Abdul-Kudus, formed part of ongoing efforts to strengthen internal operations and enhance service delivery.
As part of the engagement, the team paid a courtesy call on the Paramount Chief of the Oguaa Traditional Area, Osabarimba Kwesi Atta II, to seek his permission and blessings for their activities within the region.
The interaction provided a platform for staff to share their experiences and reflect on the Agency’s performance, with many expressing confidence in the current leadership.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Basintale commended staff for their strong performance, noting that their dedication has contributed to the increasing number of beneficiaries enrolled across the Agency’s programmes.
He stressed that while expanding opportunities for young people remains a key focus, improving staff welfare is equally important and remains a top priority under his leadership.
Deputy CEO Abubakari Saana Abdul-Kudus also urged staff to remain disciplined and committed to their duties, emphasising the need for professionalism to sustain the Agency’s impact.
