Moses Baiden urges Ghanaian businesses to strive for global standards
Chief Executive Officer of Margins ID Group, Moses Kwesi Baiden Junior, has called on Ghanaian businesses to align their products and services with internationally recognised standards to enhance global competitiveness.
He made the remarks at the media launch of the 10th Ghana CEO Summit held at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra.
Speaking under the summit’s theme, “Accelerating Ghana’s Economic Transformation: Driving Bold Reforms through Leadership, Technology, and Industrialisation for Sustainable Growth,” Mr. Baiden emphasised the importance of certification and validation of local innovations.
He urged business leaders to demonstrate that Ghanaian products and technological solutions can meet and compete with global standards, stressing that such efforts are critical to expanding market opportunities and driving economic growth.
Mr. Baiden is expected to deliver a keynote address at the summit scheduled for May 28, 2026, where industry leaders, policymakers, and entrepreneurs will gather to discuss strategies for advancing Ghana’s economic transformation.
The event, organised by the Ghana CEO Network, marks a decade of fostering dialogue on leadership and business development in the country.
Founder of the Network, Ernest De-Graft Egyir, was also commended for his role in promoting initiatives that support private sector growth and innovation.
