The Managing Director of SIC Insurance PLC, James Agyenim-Boateng, together with members of the Executive Management team, has visited staff at the company’s Elubo office as part of an ongoing tour of the Central and Western Regions.

The visit formed part of efforts to strengthen internal engagement and assess operations across the company’s regional branches.

During the interaction, management reaffirmed its commitment to delivering service excellence across all offices, while encouraging staff to intensify efforts in premium mobilisation to support the company’s growth agenda nationwide.

The engagement also provided an opportunity for staff to share insights on operational challenges and opportunities, as the company continues to position itself as a leading player in Ghana’s insurance industry.
