Awutu Senya East MP participates in Offshore Technology Conference in Texas
Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East Constituency in the Central Region, Hon. Phillis Naa Koryoo Okunor, has participated in the Offshore Technology Conference in Texas, USA, where global industry leaders discussed the future of offshore energy operations and technological innovation.
According to the MP, the conference provided an important platform to engage with leading energy professionals, technology innovators, and key stakeholders within the offshore oil, gas, and petroleum industry.
She noted that discussions focused on emerging technological innovations, operational efficiency, energy security, and the growing role of digital transformation in promoting cleaner and more sustainable energy systems.
Hon. Okunor said the conference also highlighted how advanced technologies and strategic partnerships are helping to improve safety, efficiency, and environmental sustainability in offshore operations across the world.
She described the experience as insightful and rewarding, adding that the knowledge gained and connections established during the conference would contribute to efforts aimed at advancing sustainable energy solutions and risk-focused strategies within the sector.
