NEIP CEO urges youth to embrace discipline and consistency

  The Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Eric Adjei, has encouraged young people and entrepreneurs to remain disciplined and consistent in their pursuit of success.

In a post shared on Facebook, Eric Adjei stated that many successful individuals were not extraordinary at the beginning of their journeys but achieved success through persistence and commitment even after their initial motivation faded.

“The most successful people weren’t exceptional in the beginning; they simply remained disciplined and consistent after motivation wore off,” he wrote.

His remarks have since attracted reactions on social media, with many users describing the message as motivational and timely, especially for young entrepreneurs and professionals striving to build sustainable careers and businesses.
