Foreign Affairs Ministry seeks job opportunities for Ghanaians returning from South Africa
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has appealed to Ghanaian business owners and entrepreneurs to support the reintegration of Ghanaians being evacuated from South Africa by offering employment opportunities.
In a public notice, the ministry invited Ghanaian CEOs and entrepreneurs interested in employing returning citizens to contact the Ministry's Delivery Unit.
According to the ministry, the Delivery Unit is led by Ambassador Alexander Grant Ntrakwa and can be reached on 056 1108 000.
The ministry disclosed that 120 job opportunities have already been secured through the support of Ghanaian business owners.
The initiative is aimed at assisting Ghanaians returning from South Africa to secure employment and rebuild their livelihoods.
The ministry encouraged more businesses to participate in the effort, describing it as a collective national responsibility to support fellow citizens.
“We value and cherish all our citizens,” the ministry stated.
