Margins ID Group has reaffirmed its commitment to youth development and leadership empowerment through its support for an initiative organised by Yeredzikan, an organisation dedicated to mentoring and equipping young girls across Africa with personal development and growth opportunities.
The programme brought together participants for a leadership and mentorship session aimed at building confidence, resilience, and long-term career ambition among young women.
As part of the engagement, the Acting Chief for Marketing and Digital Content at Margins ID Group, Mina Ebela Hassan, shared her personal leadership journey with the participants.
She encouraged the girls to believe in themselves, overcome self-doubt, and pursue their goals with determination and perseverance.
Her presentation formed part of broader discussions on leadership development, self-empowerment, and the importance of equipping young women with the tools needed to thrive in competitive environments.
Margins ID Group said its involvement in the programme reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting impactful initiatives that empower young people, promote leadership, and create opportunities for individuals to contribute meaningfully to society.
The organisation further emphasized its dedication to partnerships that help shape the next generation of leaders across Africa.
