President Mahama celebrates wife Lordina’s birthday with pithy message
President John Dramani Mahama took to his official Facebook page shortly after midnight to wish his wife, Lordina Mahama, a happy birthday.
The message, accompanied by a striking photo of the first lady, carried warm personal sentiments and a prayer for God’s continued blessings, punctuated with kiss emojis.
“Happy birthday, my dear Lordina. More of His blessings,” the president wrote.
The post quickly attracted attention online, with supporters and well-wishers flooding the comments with birthday messages for the First Lady.
First Lady Lordina Mahama, known for her advocacy in education, health and women’s empowerment, turns 63 this year, with her birthday coinciding with Ghana Independence Day celebrations.
The message also reflects the couple’s enduring bond; they share five children — four sons and a daughter.
