President Mahama celebrates wife on Mother’s Day
President John Dramani Mahama has paid tribute to his wife, Lordina Mahama, in a Mother’s Day message shared on Facebook on Sunday, May 10.
In the post, accompanied by a photograph of the First Lady dressed in colourful royal Kente, Mr Mahama expressed appreciation to her on behalf of himself, their children, and grandchildren.
“To you, Lordina, the kids and grandkids just want to thank you for being the heart and strength of our family,” he wrote.
The president also extended Mother’s Day wishes to mothers across the country.
“Today is another opportunity for us to celebrate our mothers. Thank you to you all,” he added.
