Dr. Hannah Bissiw engages NDC Women Organisers to strengthen party structures
The National Women’s Organizer of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), Hannah Louisa Bissiw- Kotey, has convened a special engagement with Regional Women Organisers and their deputies as part of efforts to strengthen the role of women within the party.
The meeting, held over a brunch session, brought together women leaders from across the regions for discussions focused on strategy, coordination, and party mobilisation.
Dr. Bissiw described the engagement as an opportunity for reflection and renewed alignment, noting that it allowed participants to share ideas and reinforce their collective commitment to advancing the party’s agenda.
She expressed satisfaction with the level of enthusiasm and unity demonstrated by the organisers, highlighting their dedication to empowering women and enhancing their participation in the party’s activities.
According to her, the meeting also served to reaffirm the responsibility of women within the NDC to mobilise support at the grassroots and contribute meaningfully to the party’s growth and electoral success.
Dr. Bissiw reiterated her confidence in the team’s ability to drive impact, stressing that sustained collaboration and commitment would help build a stronger and more inclusive political movement.
