Dr. Mustapha Abdul-Hamid urges NPP grassroots to stay disciplined ahead of internal elections
An aspiring National Vice Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mustapha Abdul-Hamid, has called on party members to remain focused and disciplined as the party prepares to announce timelines for its upcoming polling station executives elections.
In a post shared on his Facebook page, Dr. Abdul-Hamid, immediate past Chief Executive Officer of National Petroleum Authority(NPA) emphasized the critical role of grassroots structures in securing electoral victory, noting that success at the national level begins at the polling station.
“Victory is built from the polling station,” he stated, urging party faithful to respect the electoral timelines once released and to work collectively to strengthen the party’s base.
He further encouraged members to remain united and committed to the party’s rebuilding efforts, stressing that discipline and organization at the grassroots level would be key to achieving a decisive win in future elections.
The NPP is expected to roll out its internal election schedule in the coming weeks as part of efforts to reorganize and position the party ahead of the next general elections.
