Greater Accra Minister Launches prime Accra project to boost urban develoment
The Greater Accra Regional Minister, Linda Ocloo, has joined key stakeholders in the real estate sector for the official launch of KASA Properties, developers of the Prime Accra project.
The event, which brought together industry players and government officials, was also attended by Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources.
The initiative is being hailed as a significant investment in the region’s urban transformation agenda.
Speaking at the launch, the Regional Minister noted that projects such as Prime Accra go beyond providing housing, emphasizing their role in reshaping the capital’s skyline, creating employment opportunities, and fostering sustainable communities.
She reiterated the region’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with private developers, aligning infrastructure development with modern urban projects, and expanding economic opportunities within the real estate sector.
While commending KASA Properties for its investment, the Minister stressed the importance of adhering to environmental standards and building regulations to ensure sustainable growth.
The Prime Accra project is expected to contribute to ongoing efforts to position Greater Accra as a world-class metropolitan hub, reflecting growing investor confidence in Ghana’s urban development space.
