Broda Sammy declares intentions for Diana Asamoah, says, “I’m serious about her”
Gospel musician Samuel Opoku, widely known as Broda Sammy, has stirred conversation after revealing a deeply personal ambition involving fellow evangelist Diana Asamoah.
During an interview with Nana Romeo, the outspoken singer revisited his earlier comments about wanting to marry Diana Asamoah, insisting this time that his intentions are sincere and not meant for publicity or humour.
Broda Sammy explained that his actions back up his words, pointing out that he once attended a family funeral of Diana Asamoah and actively supported the event—something he says he would not have done if his interest in her was not genuine.
He emphasised that he is serious about pursuing a relationship with the evangelist, adding that if he were joking, he wouldn’t have taken such steps to show commitment.
The musician also noted that Diana Asamoah represents his ideal partner, describing her as someone who matches his personal preferences.
He admitted that although he had feelings for her in the past, he kept them private because he was married at the time.
Now that he is divorced, he says he feels free to express his intentions openly.
Broda Sammy went further to make a bold claim about Diana Asamoah’s personal life, stating that he believes she has remained a virgin and expressing a desire to be the man to start a family with her.
According to him, his words carry power, and he is confident that his wish could one day become reality.
