The National Theatre of Ghana has unveiled its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan aimed at modernising its operations, building capacity, and positioning the institution as a leading cultural hub both locally and internationally.

With support from the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, the initiative is expected to improve sustainability, boost tourism, and promote Ghana’s cultural heritage on the global stage.
