'Time Machine': Ko-Jo Cue joyously announces collaboration with Hammer of The Last Two
Ghanaian rapper Ko-Jo Cue has announced a new collaboration with legendary music producer Hammer of The Last Two.
In a post shared on X, the rapper expressed joy about appearing on a song produced by Hammer, describing it as a major personal milestone.
He noted how growing up, he was listening to and shaped by two of Hammer's signees Obrafour and Kwaw Kese.
“The Kumasi boy who came up on Obrafour and used to rinse Kwaw’s Nonsense finally got to drop a verse on a Last 2 song … You have no idea how this feels!” he wrote.
A respected storyteller and Hiplife/Hiphop figure Ko-Jo Cue indicated that the song with Hammer, titled Time Machine, also features rappers Shaker, Amakye the Rapper and Hiplife superstar Kwaw Kese.
Hammer of The Last Two is widely regarded as one of the producers who helped shape Ghana’s Hiplife music scene through his work with several leading artistes, including Obrafour, Kwaw Kese, Edem, Sarkodie, Teephlow and many others.
