The Governing Board of Defence Industries Holding Company Limited (DIHOC) has held a high-level meeting to assess the company’s performance over the past year and outline its strategic direction within the defence industry.

The meeting, held at The Square, brought together board members to review operational activities and evaluate the company’s progress across key initiatives.

According to sources, the Board highlighted significant achievements recorded during the review period, focusing on operational milestones, growth indicators, and the impact of policies implemented to strengthen the company’s position in the sector.

Discussions also examined challenges confronting the defence industry, with members deliberating on practical solutions and strategies to address existing constraints.

Particular emphasis was placed on identifying opportunities to enhance resilience, improve operational efficiency, and ensure sustained development.

 

The meeting forms part of ongoing efforts by DIHOC to consolidate gains and position itself as a key player in Ghana’s defence industrial landscape.
