Deputy Chief of Staff graces Ga Mantse thanksgiving service
The Deputy Chief of Staff, Nana Oye Bampoe Addo, has led a government delegation to represent President John Dramani Mahama at a thanksgiving service held in honour of King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II.
The service took place at the Holy Trinity Cathedral on Sunday, where members of the delegation joined congregants to celebrate the Ga Mantse’s recovery and continued leadership.
The delegation included the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Deputy Minister for Local Government, the Mayor of Accra, Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives from across the region, as well as Presidential Staffers and aides.
Speaking on behalf of the President, Nana Oye Bampoe Addo conveyed the goodwill of the government, expressing gratitude for the Ga Mantse’s recovery and reaffirming the administration’s support for traditional leadership.
The gathering offered prayers and thanksgiving, with participants expressing joy at the monarch’s return and encouraging him to continue his reign in good health and strength.
