Ghana Embassy cautions e-Visa applicants not to mail passports

The Embassy of Ghana in Washington, D.C. has reminded applicants for Ghana’s e-Visa that they do not need to mail their physical passports to the embassy.
In a public notice, the Embassy urged applicants to follow the instructions provided through the e-Visa portal when submitting their applications.
“Applicants who apply for a Ghana e-Visa do not need to mail their physical passports to the Embassy of Ghana in Washington, D.C.,” the notice said.
It also asked applicants who have already mailed their passports to the embassy to contact the Consular Section at info.washington@mfa.gov.gh.
