Israel Ashitei Kamoah, a graduate of Accra Technical University, has reportedly been found dead in South Africa under disturbing circumstances that have sparked allegations of possible organ harvesting.

According to the family, Israel traveled to South Africa on March 25, 2026, after allegedly being lured by a woman identified as Edith Addison.

She is said to have arranged his passport, visa, and flight for the trip, which was linked to the Millennium Supporters Union of Ghana.

Family sources claim Edith asked Israel to keep the trip confidential, promising him a ticket to a football match between South Africa and Panama, along with potential job opportunities.

On March 29, just a day before his death, Israel reportedly sent a message to his cousin, sharing Edith’s name and phone number.

Delivering the details of the message a friend of the late Israel in an interview Chief Jerry Forson, host of the Ghana Yensom morning show on Accra 100.5 FM said in the message, Israel allegedly stated that Edith worked with the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority and warned that if anything happened to him, his father should hold her responsible.

Master Gabriel Laryea Okai, said Israel who is a member of the Teshie chapter of Millennium Supporters Unin died the following day, March 30, 2026.

Organizers of the trip later claimed that a postmortem report conducted in South Africa indicated that his death was a suicide.

However, after his body was repatriated to the LEKMA Hospital Mortuary on April 1, 2026, his family raised serious concerns. They alleged that some of his vital organs, including his heart, lungs, and liver, were missing.

The situation has further raised suspicion after CCTV footage, reportedly shared with the family, showed Israel being dragged away after he refused an unidentified request.

Following a complaint filed at the Labadi Police Station, Edith was invited for questioning but was later released, and the case was reportedly dismissed at that stage.

Believing the case may involve murder and possible organ trafficking, the family has now escalated the matter to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) for a full-scale investigation
