Assembly member supports BECE candidates with mock exams in Mpraeso
An Assembly Member in Mpraeso has organised mock examinations for about 250 candidates preparing for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in the Mpraeso Ntutuoagya Electoral Area of the Kwahu South Municipality.
The exercise brought together candidates from eight basic schools and is intended to identify learning gaps while preparing students for the final exams.
Assembly Member Otis Morglor said the initiative was in response to concerns over previous poor performance, noting that it aims to build candidates’ confidence and improve their results.
He added that all participating candidates will be provided with mathematical sets to support them during the examination period.
The Municipal Chief Executive for Kwahu South, David Effah Osei Bonsu, commended the initiative and called on other stakeholders to support efforts to improve education in the municipality.
