SIC Insurance donates GHS200,000 to Ghana Medical Trust Fund
SIC Insurance PLC has donated GHS200,000 to the Ghana Medical Trust Fund in support of efforts to improve healthcare delivery and expand access to specialized medical care for Ghanaians.
The donation was made during a visit by the leadership of SIC Insurance PLC to the Fund on Tuesday, where officials of the company reaffirmed their commitment to supporting national healthcare initiatives.
Receiving the donation, the Ghana Medical Trust Fund expressed appreciation for the contribution, describing it as a demonstration of the important role corporate institutions can play in strengthening healthcare delivery in the country.
According to the Fund, partnerships with corporate Ghana continue to underscore the shared responsibility of building a healthier nation and ensuring that more citizens have access to quality specialized healthcare services.
The Fund further noted that the support from SIC Insurance PLC would help advance its mission of providing hope and improving lives through accessible healthcare financing.
Officials of the Fund said the contribution reflects growing confidence in collaborative efforts aimed at addressing healthcare challenges and improving outcomes for patients across the country.
The Ghana Medical Trust Fund reiterated its commitment to working with both public and private sector stakeholders to enhance healthcare access and support vulnerable patients in need of specialized treatment.
