Vice President graces launch of Mfantsipim School’s 150th anniversary celebration
The Vice President of Ghana, Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, has participated in the grand launch of the 150th Anniversary celebrations of Mfantsipim School.
The event marks the official commencement of activities commemorating one hundred and a half centuries of the school’s contribution to education, leadership development, and nation-building in Ghana.
The launch, which forms part of the broader Mfantsipim School 150th Anniversary, brought together alumni, education stakeholders, traditional leaders, and government officials.
Speakers at the event highlighted the school’s long-standing legacy of academic excellence and its role in shaping some of Ghana’s most prominent leaders across various sectors.
The Vice President commended the institution for its enduring impact on national development and encouraged continued investment in quality education to sustain its legacy for future generations.
The celebration is expected to continue with a series of academic, cultural, and alumni engagement activities throughout the anniversary year.
