SIC Insurance MD dismiss claims of preferential gov't contracts
The Managing Director of SIC Insurance PLC, Mr James Agyeinim-Boateng, has rejected claims that the company is receiving a disproportionate share of government business, describing such assertions as unfounded.
In remarks addressing the issue, the MD stated that the allocation of government insurance contracts follows competitive and transparent processes within the industry.
According to the company, its continued engagement on public sector contracts is based on performance, integrity, and longstanding trust, rather than any form of preferential treatment.
The MD stressed that SIC Insurance has earned its position through consistent service delivery and credibility in the market.
The statement further noted that government-related insurance opportunities are shared across multiple players in the sector, allowing for fair participation among competing firms.
The company urged critics to focus on strengthening their own operational standards instead of spreading what it described as misinformation.
Reaffirming confidence in the company’s track record, the MD maintained that SIC Insurance remains committed to delivering quality services and protecting clients, while relying on professionalism rather than public speculation to sustain its growth
