Ghana reacts to prophet Uche’s actress B’ prophecy after Beverly Afaglo’s death
A prophecy by Prophet Eric Boahen Uche, founder and leader of Reign House Chapel International, has resurfaced following the tragic death of popular Ghanaian actress Beverly Afaglo.
On March 22, 2026, during a church service, Prophet Uche told his congregation, “Ghana actresses pray for one of your actresses, she is about to go out of this earth.
“A lady is saying bye-bye to Ghana and to the world, the first letter is B and that person is about to go. Someone has gone to summon her with about seventeen different gods. And there is a big tree in which her picture has been placed.
“It is left with a few weeks and months, she will be no more. I saw that a lot of the actresses are circulating her pictures all over social media. She is a female; she needs prayers.”
Just days later, on Sunday, May 24, 2026, Beverly Afaglo’s husband, Eugene Baah popularly known as Choirmaster or Praye Honeho, confirmed her passing in a heartbreaking message shared on social media.
“My heart is shattered beyond words over the death of my beloved wife Beverly Afaglo. You were my strength, my happiness, and the reason my life felt complete. Every moment with you was a blessing I will cherish forever,” he wrote.
The grieving husband revealed that Beverly’s death came just days before her birthday, intensifying the family’s pain. “It would have been just like four more days to your birthday, but I guess the Lord wanted to celebrate with you,” he added.
Choirmaster further vowed to honor her legacy: “I promise to take care and continue everything we planned and started. Until my last breath, you will remain in my heart forever.” He described her as a “legend” and called the day of her passing “a dark one.”
The announcement has sparked an outpouring of condolences from fans, colleagues and the wider Ghanaian entertainment industry, with many expressing shocks at the eerie alignment between Prophet Uche’s prophecy and Beverly’s untimely death.
