Ghanaian dancehall star Charles Nii Armah Mensah, better known as Shatta Wale, has opened up about a puzzling experience he had while stuck in traffic.

According to him, he was waiting at a red light when he suddenly heard a voice and noticed a woman who appeared mentally unstable.

Concerned, he asked if she was alright.

To his surprise, she calmly replied: “Do not be afraid. We are with you in everything you do.”

Shatta Wale said he offered her GHS500, but she refused, explaining: “I didn’t come here for your money.

I only came to deliver a message.” Moments later, when the light turned green, the woman had vanished.

Reflecting on the incident, Shatta Wale explained that it changed his outlook on life.

He now feels more open-minded and less judgmental toward others.

“I believe God has His own way of guiding me.

That’s why I’ve promised myself never to discriminate against anyone again,” he said.

He added that he once felt God punished him for disrespecting one of His children, which led to his difficult 10-year period of exile during his Bandana days.

This encounter, he believes, was another divine reminder to treat people with kindness and humility
