Court of Appeal restores licence of Nduom's GN Savings and Loans
The Court of Appeal has restored the operating licence of GN Savings and Loans Company belonging to Dr Paa Kwesi Ndoum , overturning earlier regulatory action by the Bank of Ghana that had led to its revocation.
The decision effectively clears the way for the financial institution to resume full operations under its restored licence, pending any further legal or regulatory processes.
The ruling marks a significant development in the long-running dispute over the status of the company, which has been under regulatory scrutiny in recent years as part of broader efforts to stabilise Ghana’s financial sector.
Details of the full judgment are yet to be publicly released, but the decision is expected to have implications for affected customers, creditors, and stakeholders of the institution.
Further updates are expected as regulatory authorities and the management of GN Savings and Loans respond to the court’s ruling.
