President Mahama emphasised the critical role of education in national development, stating that it remains a vital tool for progress and opportunity.

Beyond education, he revealed plans to construct a modern sports stadium in the region to promote youth development and sporting excellence.

The President also highlighted ongoing efforts to stimulate economic growth through the construction of 24-hour markets across all districts in the Savannah Region.
