Lands Minister visits Minerals Development Fund, urges stronger performance
Emmanuel Armah Kofi-Buah, Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, has paid an official visit to the Minerals Development Fund (MDF), reaffirming government’s commitment to strengthening institutions that support development in mining communities.
He was received by the Administrator, Hanna Louisa Bisiw-Kotei, and engaged management and staff in a meeting focused on performance, accountability, and impact. He stressed that the role of the MDF is critical and called for improved results.
The visit encouraged staff to strengthen efforts toward community development, responsible mining practices, and delivering outcomes for people in mining areas.
