Margins Group partners Eve International Foundation to empower women through capacity-building
Margins Group has reaffirmed its commitment to women’s empowerment by sponsoring a four-day capacity-building workshop in partnership with the Eve International Foundation.
The initiative, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 5 on Gender Equality, brought together women from diverse backgrounds for practical learning, mentorship, and networking opportunities aimed at fostering personal and professional growth.
The workshop featured a series of interactive sessions led by experienced facilitators, including Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Special Aide to the President of Ghana; Elsie Appau, Technical Advisor to the Commissioner-General of the Ghana Revenue Authority; and Nazifa Mohammed, Founder of Brand Accelerator.
Participants engaged in discussions focused on leadership, career development, and building sustainable networks, with organisers emphasising the importance of creating supportive environments for women to thrive.
Staff members of the Margins Group also took part in the programme, gaining insights and practical tools to enhance both their personal and professional journeys.
Organisers noted that initiatives of this nature are essential in equipping women with the confidence, skills, and opportunities needed to take on leadership roles and contribute meaningfully to national development.
They added that the partnership reflects a broader commitment to driving inclusive growth and creating lasting impact through targeted social investment programmes.
