TOR Managing Director honoured at Ghana CEO Summit 2026
The Managing Director of the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR), Edmond Kombat Esq., has been honoured at the Ghana CEO Summit 2026, receiving the “Outstanding Public Leadership Excellence in the Public Sector” award.
The recognition was conferred at the annual summit held on May 28, 2026, in appreciation of his leadership and contributions to public sector transformation.
The award highlights Mr. Kombat’s strategic vision and commitment to driving operational efficiency and institutional reforms at TOR, as part of broader efforts to strengthen Ghana’s petroleum downstream sector.
Organisers noted that the honour reflects his role in advancing operational excellence and supporting the development of the country’s energy value chain.
Under his leadership, TOR has been pursuing initiatives aimed at improving performance, enhancing refinery operations, and contributing to national energy security.
