YEA leadership engages Upper West staff to strengthen job creation efforts
The Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Youth Employment Agency(YEA), Malik Basintale, has led a high-level management team to the Upper West Region as part of a nationwide engagement with staff.
The visit, which included Deputy CEO Abubakari Saana Abdul-Kudus, formed part of efforts to strengthen internal collaboration, boost staff morale, and align operations with the agency’s mandate of delivering sustainable employment opportunities for young people.
During the engagement, Mr. Abdul-Kudus urged staff to remain disciplined and committed to their responsibilities, stressing that professionalism is key to achieving the Agency’s objectives.
Addressing the staff, Mr. Basintale encouraged them to take pride in their roles and continue to represent the Agency positively through their work and impact in local communities.
He also reaffirmed management’s commitment to working closely with staff to expand job creation initiatives across the region.
He stressed that the engagement is part of ongoing efforts by the Youth Employment Agency to enhance performance and scale up employment programmes nationwide.
