Sam George commends Cyber Security Authority for successful strike against cyber fraud
The Minister for Communications, Digital Technology and Innovation, Mr Sam George, has commended the Cyber Security Authority for another successful operation targeting cyber fraud.
The operation, led by Director-General Divine Selase Agbeti and the Authority’s Law Enforcement Unit, took place yesterday in collaboration with the CID, NIB, and NACOC.
In a statement, Minister George praised the team for their dedication and effectiveness, noting that such operations are critical to protecting Ghanaians and safeguarding the country’s international reputation.
“The message is loud and clear: we will come after anyone engaging in cyber-based crime, whether against Ghanaians or any other person,” he said. “For God and Country.”
