Promasidor Marketing Manager dies in Koforidua–Tafo highway crash
Patrick Osei Oware, the Marketing Manager of Promasidor Ghana, has died following a road accident at Suhyin on the Koforidua–Tafo Highway.
The incident occurred on Saturday, May 2, 2026, while Mr Osei Oware, popularly known as Pomo, was driving toward Koforidua.
According to eyewitness accounts, the accident was triggered when a Hyundai H400 attempted to overtake a motorcycle and veered into Mr Osei Oware’s lane.
In an attempt to prevent a head-on collision, his vehicle swerved off the road and struck a tree.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mr Osei Oware was a prominent figure in the business and marketing sectors, holding regional oversight for Promasidor’s operations in the Ashanti, Eastern, Volta, and Greater Accra regions.
