Ireva Sports Agency, LaLiga Africa and Spanish Embassy host El Clásico viewing in Accra
Ireva Sports Agency, in collaboration with LaLiga Africa and the Embassy of Spain in Ghana, hosted a high-profile live viewing event for the latest El Clásico match at the official residence of the Spanish Ambassador to Ghana, His Excellency Angel Lossada Torres-Quevedo.
The event brought together prominent personalities from Ghana’s sports, entertainment, and digital media industries to celebrate one of football’s biggest rivalries between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Activities on the night began with an exhibition amputee football match organised by the Ghana Equality League, aimed at promoting inclusion, resilience, and equal opportunities through sports.
The gathering attracted several notable personalities, including media personality Deloris Frimpong Manso, musician Keche member Joshua, actors Portia Boateng and James Gardiner, as well as influencers and content creators such as Zion Felix, KalyJay, Asiedu Mends, Sneaker Nyame, Nana Lion, Berneese, and Jupitar.
Guests were treated to an exciting football spectacle as Barcelona defeated Real Madrid in the El Clásico clash, a result that secured the Spanish LaLiga title for the Catalan club and sparked celebrations among attendees.
Speaking at the event, Ambassador Angel Lossada Torres-Quevedo highlighted the unifying power of football and stressed the importance of using sports to promote social inclusion and support for persons with disabilities.
Organisers described the event as a significant moment in strengthening cultural and sporting ties between Ghana and Spain through the shared passion for football.
