Carlos Queiroz and the Black Stars technical staff have completed a comprehensive month of preparation between April 11 and May 11, focused on elevating the national team’s standards for the upcoming FIFA World Cup.

This effort is part of a broader initiative to establish a data-driven culture within the team through scouting, medical monitoring, and tactical analysis.

The month-long work cycle involved high-volume performance tracking, including the production of 200 individual video reports and the analysis of 170 matches via live monitoring.

The staff also conducted 30 live match observations and maintained systematic scouting for 75 players, with 30 individuals undergoing direct live observation.

These efforts were supported by detailed fitness assessments and ongoing medical monitoring.

In an internal communication, the technical department emphasized that future success is built on discipline, professionalism, and attention to detail.

The statement noted that the dream of a successful national team is realized through daily dedication and competence.

As the technical team moves into the next phase of preparations, the focus remains on Ghana’s fifth FIFA World Cup appearance. Drawn in Group L, the Black Stars are scheduled to open their campaign against Panama in Toronto on June 17, followed by group stage matches against England on June 23 and Croatia on June 27.
