The Ghana Police Service has arrested a 45-year-old man in connection with the possession of substances suspected to be narcotic drugs at Pankrono in Kumasi.

The suspect, identified as Foster Owusu, also known as “Master Pee,” was apprehended on April 5, 2026, during a targeted intelligence-led operation by the Drug Law Enforcement Unit of the Ashanti Regional Police Command.

According to the Police, the operation formed part of ongoing efforts to clamp down on illicit drug activities in the area.

Officers reportedly spotted the suspect locking up a single-room facility before attempting to flee upon noticing their presence, leading to his immediate arrest.
